pxe.lol delivers software tools designed to improve gaming experiences. Our Services are meant solely for informational and recreational use. We do not support or promote breaching game policies or engaging in unfair play in multiplayer games.
4. User Registration and Account Security
4.1. Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account for access.
4.2. You commit to supplying truthful, up-to-date, and full details during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information.
4.3. It is your duty to safeguard the secrecy of your account credentials. You accept accountability for all actions taken under your account.
4.4. A forum username and password must be established prior to acquiring any subscriptions. Our system does not integrate with Discord login for forums.
4.5. Account sharing is not allowed and could lead to instant account closure.
4.6. You are required to alert us right away about any unauthorized account activity or security issues.
4.7. Establishing or operating several accounts by one person ("multi-accounting") is forbidden. Discovery of such behavior may cause the deactivation or deletion of all linked accounts.
4.8. Trying to bypass a suspension or ban via a new or alternate account is not permitted and will trigger the permanent shutdown of all related accounts.
5. User Obligations and Conduct
5.1. Respect and Compliance
a) You must honor all decisions made by staff without argument.
b) Affiliation with competing software providers is prohibited while using our Services.
c) Efforts or threats to deconstruct our software through reverse engineering are banned.
d) Any form of fraud or scamming is unacceptable.
e) Slandering our offerings is not allowed.
f) Harassing other users, staff, or community members is forbidden.
5.2. Prohibited Activities
You must avoid the following restricted actions:
a) Breaking any relevant laws, rules, or rights of others.
b) Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting connections to individuals or groups.
c) Disrupting or interfering with the Services, associated servers, or networks.
d) Seeking improper entry to parts of the Services or connected systems.
e) Employing the Services for unlawful or unapproved aims.
f) Disseminating or revealing content from our exclusive forums or Discord groups.
6. Software Usage and Security
6.1. You consent to operate our Software only as intended and in line with all pertinent laws.
6.2. Our Software must not be executed alongside Faceit AC, Vanguard AC, or MalwareBytes. If MalwareBytes is found, a complete system wipe via USB might be necessary.
6.3. During Software use, avoid running any dubious applications, such as:
a) Tools for reverse engineering
b) Development environments
c) Injection utilities
d) Debugging programs
e) Decompilation software
f) System monitoring tools
6.4. You recognize that our Software might violate terms of specific games or platforms. Usage is at your own peril, and you bear all resulting accountability.
6.5. We may alter, update, or halt any Software elements without advance warning.
7. Forum Rules and Conduct
7.1. General Forum Conduct
a) Interact respectfully and politely with all forum participants.
b) Remain relevant and use the correct categories for posts.
c) Avoid excessive or irrelevant posting (spamming).
d) Explicit or NSFW material is banned.
e) Refrain from exchanging or soliciting private details of others.
7.2. Support and Inquiries
a) Submit support issues through official channels, not forum discussions.
b) Avoid asking about software updates; they will occur as scheduled.
c) Select the proper section for support requests.
d) Repeated support submissions (spamming) are prohibited.
7.3. Commercial Activities
a) Promoting unrelated products is not permitted.
b) All purchases from our store are final and non-refundable.
c) Requests for price reductions or bonus time are disallowed.
7.4. Information Sharing
a) Keep forum details confidential and internal.
b) Do not distribute information that could endanger our Services' safety or functionality.
8. Discord Usage
8.1. Support and Communication
a) Use the Ticket Bot in our private Discord for support tickets.
b) Avoid direct messaging users or staff for help; rely on the Ticket Bot.
c) Report issues like bans or seek invites via support tickets.
8.2. Conduct
a) Follow Discord's terms at all times.
b) NSFW material is forbidden.
c) Advertising other software is banned.
d) Treat all participants and staff with respect.
9. Subscription and Payment Terms
9.1. Subscription Purchase
a) Prices are shown in the indicated currency on our site and may adjust without warning.
b) You agree to settle all account fees promptly using a legitimate payment option.
c) Pay the precise amount specified for subscriptions. For shortfalls, contact support to fix it.
d) Excess payments will grant extra subscription duration proportional to the overage.
9.2. Refunds and Cancellations
a) Purchases are non-refundable.
b) Refunds or credits may be granted solely at our discretion.
c) We can change, pause, or end subscription features anytime.
9.3. Third-Party Resellers
a) Buying via resellers carries your own risk, except for STAFF-approved ones.
b) Subscriptions activate only upon receipt of payment from resellers.
c) Resellers failing to fulfill paid orders may face bans.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1. Ownership
All elements, functions, and materials on pxe.lol, such as text, designs, logos, icons, images, sounds, downloads, data sets, and software, belong exclusively to pxe.lol or its partners and are safeguarded by global copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary laws.

You are prohibited from:
a) Altering, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Services components.
b) Erasing any copyright, trademark, or proprietary marks from the Services.
c) Copying, sharing, exhibiting, performing, or deriving works from the Services.
d) Applying data extraction, automation, or similar techniques.
e) Using the Services commercially or for others' benefit.
11. Content Submission and User-Generated Content
11.1. You keep ownership of intellectual property in content you upload to our Services.
11.2. By uploading content, you provide us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (including sublicensing) to utilize, duplicate, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute it across all media.

11.4. We may delete any user content that breaches these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
13.1. Services from pxe.lol are offered "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, explicit or implied, including merchantability, suitability for specific uses, or non-violation of rights.
13.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or timely access, or that issues will be fixed.
13.3. Any materials obtained via Services are at your risk, and you are responsible for any resulting system damage or data loss.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. To the maximum extent allowed by law, pxe.lol, its affiliates, leaders, staff, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, usage, goodwill, or other intangibles, arising from:
a) Your use or inability to use the Services;
b) Third-party behavior or content on the Services;
c) Materials from the Services;
d) Unauthorized access or changes to your content.
14.2. Liability applies regardless of prior notice, even if remedies fail.
14.3. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees you paid for Services in the three months before the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to protect, defend, and exempt pxe.lol, its leaders, staff, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) stemming from:
a) Your Services usage;
b) Breaches of these Terms;
c) Infringements of third-party rights like copyrights or privacy;
d) Claims that your content harmed others.
This obligation persists beyond these Terms and your Services use.
16. Termination of Service
16.1. We may end or suspend Services access immediately, without notice or liability, for any cause, including Terms violations.
16.2. Terms provisions that should endure termination will do so, such as ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits.
16.3. Termination ends your Services rights. To close your account, cease usage.
16.4. We may deny service, close accounts, alter content, or cancel subscriptions at our discretion.
17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
17.1. These Terms are governed by Russian Federation laws, ignoring conflict rules.
17.2. Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved via arbitration by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC) per its rules.
17.3. Arbitration occurs in Moscow, Russia, in Russian.
17.4. Arbitrator decisions are final and enforceable in competent courts.
17.5. We may pursue injunctive relief for intellectual property in Russian courts.
18. Changes to Terms
18.1. We may update these Terms anytime. For significant changes, we aim to give 30 days' notice.
18.2. We determine what qualifies as significant.
18.3. Continued use post-changes binds you to updated Terms. Disagree? Stop using Services.

19. Severability
If a Terms provision is invalid, it will be adjusted to meet its intent under law, with other provisions remaining effective.

22. Eligibility and Account Restrictions

c) No laws bar you from Services.

Services are not for, and you must not use them if you are:
a) Employed by or representing anti-cheat firms or teams.
b) Involved with game developers or publishers.
c) Engaged in anti-cheat or game fairness systems.
d) Working for or with the above.
22.3. Account Verification
a) We may check user identity and eligibility anytime.
b) Comply with our information requests promptly.
c) Non-compliance or suspected violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
22.4. Duty to Report
Report known violations of 22.2 via our channels.
22.5. Indemnification for Breach
Beyond general indemnity, you cover claims from your 22.2 breaches.
22.6. Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse, terminate, or alter at discretion, especially for suspected 22.2 issues.
